With the popularity the webtoon Solo Leveling got, it was only a matter of time before this title gets a game adaptation. In this article, I will rank every hunter in the game into a Solo Leveling: Arise tier list, so you know which ones to aim for!
The characters are listed in tiers from S Tier to D Tier, or from best to worst. I’d also like to add that there’s no absolute tier list. At the end of the day, everyone has their own favorite characters. Also, we are still in the early stages of the game so the meta isn’t super defined yet.
Of course, there are going to be many more new characters to come, and many things will change in the future. But until then, use this tier list as a general rule of thumb to help you get started. Also, don’t forget to read the latest Solo Leveling: Arise codes.

Best Characters in Solo Leveling: Arise

- Min Byung Gu
S-Tier includes the very best characters in the game currently. These are the ones you want to have. Of course, the meta is evolving and with the release of new characters, we don’t know what direction it will take. However, in the S-Tier we have characters such as Choi Jong In who’s the best mage in the game, and Min Byung Gu, who is the best healer.
In the A-Tier we have solid characters all around. These units are not as great as the ones ranked above them, but they’re definitely useful. Woo Jinchul is your alternative option when it comes to tanks in case you cannot get your hands on some of the S-Tier ones, and Hawng Dongsoo is a very solid damage dealer.
From the B-Tier characters, which are decent, you want to keep your eyes on Nam Chae Young, who is probably the best out of them at the moment.
All of the characters ranked below them in the C-Tier and D-Tier are not worth spending much time or resources on, so make sure you swap them out for the better options as soon as you can.
