Snowpoint City Gym Puzzle Guide
Snowpoint City gym in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl is an interesting building and there is a big puzzle that waits for you inside. The puzzle itself is based on the slide mechanics. There is an area made of squares of ice and your character is able to slide on them. When you step on such a square you start to slide and your character will continue to do it till you the moment you step on another type of square. This slide is uncontrollable and you can’t change the direction of your movement once you’ve stepped on the ice. This puzzle is based on this mechanic and you will need to learn its rules.

In order to solve the puzzle, you need to reach the top middle area of the gym. However, it is not that simple due to the fact that there are a few snowballs that get in your way. These will stop your movement and you can break them only when your character gets its speed boosted. There are lots of angle-shaped hills that you can use to get such a speed boost. Just slide down from them and break the snowballs. You can slide around for as much as you can and it may take some time to solve this puzzle. Just don’t give up and clean your way to the NPC in the top middle area.
