Earlier this year a new first person shooter game developed by BadFly Interactive called Dead Effect 2 has been announced for iOS devices. Today, we have finally learned when the game will launch on the App Store in all regions and even a brand new trailer.
Dead Effect 2 is the sequel to the original Dead Effect and, just like the first game, it will take place into the future. The game’s main setting is the ESS Meridian, which is infested not only with zombies but also with some other less than paceful creatures such as Cyborgs, drones and several other different enemy types. The game will also include several different weapon types such as the obligatory guns, blades and other long range ones.
Today’s trailer finally shows the game in action and, as expected, it’s filled with zombies, which are getting sliced by a katana, blasted with a shotgun and more. You can take a look at the new trailer by going at the end of this post.
Dead Effect 2 will be released sometime this September on the App Store in all regions. A precise release date has yet to be confirmed but it should surface during the second week of the month.
