Last month a very interesting roguelike game called Skyhill has been released on Steam. The game developed by Mandragora Games comes with a very interesting premise and gameplay mechanics that make it stand out from the many similar games now available on all platforms. Thankfully more platforms will be receiving the game in the next few months, as it’s been confirmed that Skyhill will hit the App Store soon.
Developer Mandragora Games has recently confirmed that they will release Skyhill on the App Store during February 2016, with the team working hard on tweaking the experience for touch screen based devices.
Skyhill is a unique roguelike game with a very interesting setting. The game’s main character has managed to survive World War III by keeping himself locked in his shelter. As a result of the war, however, most of the human population has been turned into mutants. With supplies running out and mutants becoming more dangerous with each passing day, the survivor will have to leave his shelter to gather supplies and generally try to survive. Skyhill features procedurally generated stages, plenty of weapons to craft, abilities to learn and enemies to kill.
Skyhill will be released on the App Store next February. We will let you know more about this version of the game as soon as more comes in on it so stay tuned for all the latest news.
