To visit the Hall of Fame in Roblox 8th Annual Bloxy Awards online hub experience, open the hub and go to the centre, near the shops. Stand atop the glowing platform(shown in the below image) and you will be teleported to the Roblox Hall of fame.

Roblox Hall of Fame is just above the shopping center. So, as mentioned earlier, go near the glowing platform and you will be teleported to the Hall of Fame. Furthermore, when you first visit the Hall of Fame, you will get a badge Award-Winning Smile.
