Are you like us and enjoy being an armchair quarterback? That’s probably why you’re here reading this article, of course.
Retro Bowl, for the most part, emulates the competitive sport of American Football. In this article, we will walk you through important tips to remember for the game, as well as some useful and interesting cheats and glitches.
Without further ado, let’s hop right in!
Focus on Winning—Don’t ever Tank
The team you are given at the beginning of Retro Bowl is absolutely horrid, and for that reason, you might be tempted to tank for a season or two—DON’T. You will quickly fall into a pit of no fans, zero coaching credits, inability to upgrade facilities, and much more.
When you focus on winning, you boost low morale, fix roster holes, build a successful team, and everything good that you can think of!
Your Offense is Your Best Defense
In games of Retro Bowl, you play only when your team is on offense, not on defense. This is why building a solid offense takes priority over defense. Even with a 5.0 defense, you will often struggle to stop the opposing offense.
Don’t Attempt Field Goals
Field goals are horrendously difficult to execute, even if you have a star kicker, or if it’s at a close distance. And since they are field goals, even if you get one, three points is simply not worth it. Field goals prove to be a high-risk-low-reward strategy.
Retro Bowl Unlimited Credits Cheat
The best part about this cheat (other than the obvious ability to collect unlimited cheats) is that it’s not a separate app that needs downloading. All you need is a web browser, internet access, and voila! Check out the cheat here.
Retro Bowl Replays Glitch
There is an odd glitch going around which starts off with turning off your replays. When you further inspect your replays in Settings, the game will tell you to buy unlimited mode to have replays, even if you have already bought it.
The fix for this is extremely simple: just go to settings and restore purchases, and everything should be working good as new!
