Some time ago we have reported that one of the most successful Sony exclusive franchises, the Ratchet & Clank series, was finally going to land on iOS powered devices.
Despite the announcement of a November 12th release date, however, the newly revealed title had yet to surface on the App Store, most like due to development or publishing issues.
It’s now been confirmed that Ratchet & Clank: Before The Nexus is finally available for download on the App Store, packed with some endless run platforming action.
Ratchet & Clank: Before The Nexus has been developed by the same team that has worked on the latest entries of the series. The game is an endless runner game where players will have to shoot at enemies while moving through each of the game’s stages.
Instead of running on the ground, you’ll always grind on rails as you try to avoid not only the enemies, but also multiple dangers. At the end of some special stages you will encounter some fierce bosses waiting to take you off your rails.
Collecting bolts through the stages will allow you to purchase new weapons and upgrade older ones as well as improving your armor.
If you’re playing Ratchet & Clank: Into The Nexus on PS3, you can also sync up your PSN account to receive Raritarium.
Ratchet & Clank: Before The Nexus is now available for download on the App Store. The game is available for free.
