How to redeem codes in Puzzles and Survival?

The way you can redeem the codes is fairly straightforward. There are two ways to do it, and you can choose whichever works best for you (if you’re an Android user), or go for the only one that works (if you’re an iOS user). All you need to do is follow the steps below:

1. Tap on the More option in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Open the Settings menu that will appear.
3. Tap on the Box option and that will prompt you to the code redemption page.
4. Type in your code and hit Redeem. That’s it!

Alternate way:

If this doesn’t work for you, then you can also redeem the codes in another way. Here’s how:

1. Open the Puzzles & Survival Official Code Redemption Page.
2. Select the Server where you play (WARNING: the list of servers is quite big, so make sure you pick the right server).
3. Type in your character’s name exactly the way you have it in game. If your character’s name contains special symbols, then use the copy option in game (type on your profile icon, and next to your character’s name there is a Copy button).
4. Type in the code and hit Confirm.

That’s it! If you follow all of these steps correctly, you should receive your rewards right away.
