Pogocat is all about good timing and reflexes, so let’s hone those skills in our Pogocat cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide to keep on bouncing!

Use light taps!

Just like in real life, pogo-sticks require more finesse than raw strength. So, in Pogocat, this means that you should use very light taps when changing your direction. Holding down for even just a split second too long will usually send Pogocat careening into the floor because of too much momentum. It’s very important that you nail this down first before you try anything else, because this is your basic movement!

This is honestly the most challenging part of Pogocat – getting used to the pogo-stick’s physics. Keep practicing as it is not easy in any sense of the word, but once you do get it down you will be pogo’ing like a pro!

Be careful of uneven terrain!

Once you get down the natural movement, it’s time to move onto your next major obstacle: rocks and slopes! Uneven terrain will be your number one enemy in Pogocat, and for good reason: bouncing off of bumpy land will often times result in a crash, so you need to be extra careful when traveling near them.

The best way to deal with uneven terrain is to just not deal with it at all! If you can line up a good jump, jumping over as much of the terrain as possible is usually the safest way to go about this. Just be careful not to angle yourself too much, otherwise you won’t be able to recover once you land on the other side.

Cash out when you’ve got a lot of coins!

The coins Pogocat collects during her pogo adventures aren’t actually added into her bank until you redeem them by watching a short advertisement. There is no rush to do this as your coins are stored by the game, and you can keep doing as many runs as you want before actually redeem.

Since you have to watch an advertisement every time you want to redeem, it’s just better to do it once you’ve collected a bunch of coins. Save yourself some time and watch as few ads as possible!

Don’t give up!

When you’re tilting out of control and a crash seems inevitable, don’t give up! Slam on the opposite side to try to recover as fast as possible. Yes, this is the ONE time you want to hold down on movement so that you can try to reel yourself in the opposite direction to save Pogocat. Sometimes you might even pull yourself out of a crash – you never know!

That’s all for Pogocat! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
