In our Pizzaiolo tips and tricks guide, we will go over the basics of making your very first pizza. We will give you some pointers on how to do the toppings, and other stuff to look out for it. Here is our Pizzaiolo tips and cheats strategy guide to making perfect pizzas!

Creating the Perfect Pizza

When you open the pizzeria, customers will begin to line up. The first customer will walk up and tell you what kind of pizza they want. Do not worry if you cannot memorize it, as the game will show you a reminder of exactly what they want. Just go ahead and hit the START button to get crafting!

Shaping the Dough

First off, you will need to stretch out and flatten the dough. Customers will have different preferences on the shape of their pizza, but the traditional round pizza is the most common one you will be working with. Use quick swipes from the dough and then start moving in a spiral pattern to equally flatten out the dough. Keep doing this until the dough fills up the whole area inside the dash lines.

Placing the Toppings

When you think the dough looks good, hit the NEXT button to get to the next step. Here is where the magic happens: you get to put all of the toppings on the pizza! First, start off with the pizza sauce base. Cover as much of the dough as you can, then start plopping on the toppings that the customer requested. You can put as many or as little as you want, though customers are more likely to respond positively if you use a lot of toppings.

Finishing with Cheese

Once you are done with the sauce and toppings, it is time to finish it with the cheese. Hit the cheese button at the top right to grab the cheese and grater, then just drag the cheese block all over the grater as fast as you can. You will get more cheeses later on, but for the most part you will use the default mozzarella.

Well-Timed Baking

Now, you are ready to bake! Tap to place the pizza in the oven, and you will see a meter at the top appear. Wait until the meter fills up to the highlighted part that says GOOD, then take the pizza out. Be careful not to wait too long otherwise the pizza will burn!

And there you have it: your first pizza! If you crafted the pizza base well and used all of the requested toppings, you should get three stars and full payment!

Unlocking New Toppings

When you serve all of the customers waiting in the restaurant, the day will end and you will get to go over your earnings. You will also be presented with three new toppings that you do not have. To unlock them you must pay the specified price, and to unlock the third topping you must watch an advertisement.

You should always purchase any new toppings you can afford. Do not worry if you do not have enough cash to get them both, as they will show up the next time you finish a day. Just keep buying all the ones you can, and you will be able to serve most customers with their custom requests.

Additionally, if you are just a few bucks short of a new topping, you can watch an advertisement to get a quick 200 to help you unlock it.

Otherwise, if you do not want to waste your time watching advertisements to unlock the third ingredients, do not worry about that either, as they will eventually show up as normal toppings that you can buy with cash.

Treat VIP Customers Right for Big Money

Occasionally, you may come across a well-dressed customer. They will be marked as a VIP customer, and they will ask for a custom pizza. If you can make them happy, they will pay triple the amount of the normal price!

Make sure you get the order completely right, down to the T. VIP customers ask for specific setups on their pizza. For example, the first VIP customer you get will ask for a pepperoni pizza like normal, but they will want all of the pepperonis to only be on the left side of the pizza in specific spots.

If you get three stars on the pizza, expect to get a big tip! VIP customers are important because they can really help you unlock those expensive toppings, so make sure you treat them right.

Making More Complex Pizzas

Sometimes your customers will ask for differently shaped pizza crusts. Sometimes they will ask for smaller pizzas, but all you need to do is just fill to the shape of the dashed line again, which is automatically shrunken in order to make a small pizza. You will also get requests for square pizzas, which are also automatically sized as well.

When it comes to toppings, most of the time the game will show you a picture of the exact topping you need. Sometimes though, customers will be a little less specific and there will be no picture to help you. Do not worry though, as you can usually figure it out with a little common sense.

The most common example of this is when customers ask for veggie pizzas. They will not care what is on the pizza as long as it is not meat of any kind, so you can go crazy with the spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, and the like.

Another thing to do is watch out for the customers who want half and half. They will ask for two different toppings but want them half and half across the whole pizza. You can do this however you like, just make sure that you have two separate sections with one topping and the other with the other topping.

Final Pizza Tips

  • When stretching out the dough, you may come across particularly stubborn parts of the dough. You can do rapid outward swipes in order to stretch out the dough faster.
  • The game is very lenient on your craftsmanship. Your dough does not need to be perfect nor does your sauce and toppings distribution. Of course, you can always play it safe by just using as much sauce and toppings as possible.
  • Remember to always keep an eye on the topping list to ensure that you do not use the wrong toppings! This is probably the part that has the most room for error.
