While exploring the world in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you will visit a variety of locations. And of course, you will meet places inaccessible to you. How to Find Old Chateau

To get into the mansion, you need a Hidden Move, namely Cut. After defeating Gardenia in Eterna City, head to the PokéCenter and meet the stranger. This stranger will give you the desired Cut. With it, you can cut down certain trees that prevent you from passing.

Old Chateau is located outside the Eterna Forest. You can get to the mansion from the path that leads off Route 205. Then cut the two trees that are covering the hole in the fence using Cut.

Pokémon and Items in Old Chateau

Old Chateau is a haunted mansion, so you can easily find Gastly here just by walking. Also in Old Chateau, you can find the unique Pokémon Rotom. In order to do this, you need to complete the game and get the National Pokédex. After that, you need to come to the Old Chateau at night and find a flickering TV room. As soon as you try to interact with the TV, Rotom will appear.

Also, around the mansion and inside it, you can find various interesting objects.

In the gap of the fence, you will find Insect Plate and Ether. Inside the mansion will be Dread Plate, TM90 Substitute, Old Gateau, and Antidote. You can also find the Secret Key, but only when you catch or defeat Rotom.
