Genshin Impact’s common issue “Not able to log into the game” has once again returned. Earlier today, players reported that they are not able to log into Genshin Impact. When they log into the game, they are sometimes stuck on the verification page. And for players who get past the verification, they get the error “Connection failed. Try again.”
Is Genshin Impact Servers Down?
At the time of writing this article, it is not been officially announced that Genshin Impact’s servers are down or not. But according to reports from the community, it seems like Genshin Impact servers are currently down.
At current, it is not clear which regions are currently affected by the server issue. After the reports from players about not being able to log into Genshin Impact. We tried to log into the game and sadly, we met with the same problem.
How to Fix Not Able to Log In Genshin Impact
There are generally two types of issues that are related to “Not able to log into the game.” The first “not able to log in” issue arises when the player’s ISP is blocking the game or simply the internet connection is not good. It can be resolved by switching internet connection, by using a VPN, or by adding a good DNS server.

The second “not able to log in” issue arises when Genshin Impact servers are down. In this case, resolving the issue is not in our hands. We have to wait till miHoYo fixes the issue. And wait till the servers are back again.
