• To get into Brimstone Stands, you must acquire and apply the Desert Cerate, described in-game as a heavy cream to protect against the harsh desert sun. You make and apply this item as part of a quest chain called Strider of the Sands. The location of this quest chain depends on which New World faction you belong to, but in all cases, you must speak to Soulwarden Tomash Kovalenko. 
• After obtaining the quest from Tomash, you are tasked with acquiring 2 Fish Oils and 3 Frostcliff Berries. Combine your ingredients, open your inventory, right-click the concoction, and use it. 
• The entrance to Brimstone Sands can be reached via a path to the north of Ebonscale Reach. When you’ve arrived, head to Wikala al-Waha Outpost to speak to Soulwarden Buhawi Manabat and complete Strider of the Sands. 
• Speak to Ghazi Laghmani to start the Main Story Quest in Brimstone Sands, Brimstone Under Siege.
