NBA SuperCard – Basketball & Card Battle Game Guide & Tips

If you like card games and you like basketball then NBA Supercard is definitely a game that you should check out. Collect hundreds of NBA and WNBA stars and icons, including Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Candace Parker. Pick your favorite team, build your deck, train your players, compete against other players and earn rewards.

Game Modes

Quick Game:

This is where you’ll get to spend most of your time playing NBA Supercard. This is an instant mode, something like Arena mode in other games. Just select your opponent and the game will start immediately.

Each quarter offers a different kind of challenge. Compete in Offense, Defense, Rebounding, Playmaking or a mix of the above in 1v1 or 2v2 challenges.

Once the game ends and you got a win, you will earn 2 draft picks. If you have a perfect game (meaning winning all 4 quarters) you get an extra pick.

TIP:

You should watch an ad whenever you can to earn 4 more extra drafts. Once you pick a SuperCard the board will automatically reset.

Champions Mode :

Here is where you can participate in a 16 players tournament. Depending on your final placement you can claim a number of rewards. The game itself will take care of everything for the most part, using the deck that you’ve built in the editor.

TIP:

Games are 15 minutes long followed by a 40 minute break period in between. Complete as many Challenges as you can in order to boost your players stats, replenish their stamina and have them ready for the big games. Keep in mind that each player can take part in one challenge before each game.

Deck Editor:

Here is where you get to build your teams for each game mode: Quick Game, Champions, Gauntlet, and Domination.

Things to consider when you building your decks:

When you are putting your deck together take Player Alignment into consideration. Players with the same alignment (same color) will get a 10% stats boost in 2 versus 2 challenges (Quick Game only). Players with no matching alignments will take a -5% hit to their stats.

Card Traits: During the game, before you chose your card, check card traits. For example as you see in the picture below Giannis Antetokounmpo (Gold) will get a boost Offense and Rebounding once you put him in the game.

Support Cards:

Support cards will give an extra boost to a specific stat during the game. You must have two support cards in your deck (Quick Game), but you can only use one.

How to boost your cards:

Training:

By consuming other cards you can raise the level of your selected card. The max level is 15. By leveling up a card, you raising it’s stats.

Combine Cards:

Two of the exact same Player Card can be Combined to make a Pro.
The two Player Cards will be consumed in the process, but you will receive a new Pro version of the card. Pro Players have better stats and a higher potential than their non-Pro counterparts.

Combine two max level Players to create a Perfect Pro for maximum Potential.

There’s a number of Open Challenges and Objectives that once you complete you’ll earn rewards (See pictures below). Try to complete as many as you can as it’s an easy way to strengthen your deck and earn new cards for free.
