One of the best news for today is the fact that Electronic Arts has launched a free to play NBA Live game for iOS and Android. The game is smoking hot at the moment and a really pleasant surprise for everybody who wants to play it, but some of us might be in the same situation as mine: the game freezes at the loading screen, becoming unplayable.
In my case, NBA Live Mobile gets stuck at the loading screen, as soon as the progress bar fills up completely and shows the “Ready for Tip Off” message. Is there a way to fix this? For now, I wasn’t able to find one: I tried restarting my device, uninstalling the game and installing it again, turning off the WiFi and even praying to an imaginary Michael Jordan God to offer me guidance – but none of these things worked. So I am left with a game stuck at the loading screen, drooling at what could’ve been.
The good news is that EA is surely aware of this situation and it should be fixed sooner rather than later.
UPDATE: Well, it seems that I was able to make it work, actually, by updating my iOS to the latest version, 9.3.2 which for some reason I hadn’t done for a long time. I am not sure that’s what fixed it for me, but it now works so you should definitely try it if you haven’t done so already!
