Might & Magic Elemental Guardians Brings the Classic RPG Series to Mobile

Back in 1986 when computer games were still growing, a little company known as New World Computing developed and released a fantasy RPG called Might & Magic. The series is considered to be one of the founding pillars of early PC RPGs, alongside Ultima and Wizardry.

The Might & Magic games played out as first-person dungeon crawlers. Players assembled a team of four adventurers and battled their way through perilous locales. The settings and themes were unique because while the games were settled in a mostly fantasy settings, there were some sci-fi elements as well.

While the main series’ last release was back in 2014, Might & Magic spawned several spin-off series that have released more recent games over the years. Other than that, the series has remained relatively dormant, until now!

Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile brings the series to the mobile platform with Might & Magic Elemental Guardians, another spin-off to the franchise’s long list. Players assume the role as a young wizard apprentice at Akadimia, the Academy of Magic.

You’ll travel the lands of Ashan and collect creatures from the Might & Magic universe. To become a more powerful wizard, you’ll need to learn how to tame these magnificent beasts. With over 400 unique animated elemental creatures, there team possibilities are endless.

Train and raise your creatures, and with the right elements and glyphs you’ll be able to evolve them into epic beings of power! Then, test your might as you battle through the main campaign in strategic RPG battles.

Once you’ve given your team some experience on the field, it’s time to head into the Arena and challenge players from all over the world in asynchronous battles. Climb the leaderboards to come out on top and win awesome rewards.

When the day is over, why not relax with your creatures? Might & Magic Elemental Guardians features a neat AR mode that lets you view your creatures in the real world! You can take cool little pictures of them, and you can even battle in the Arena with AR mode enabled!

Begin your elemental journey now! Might & Magic Elemental Guardians launches today on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
