Metroidvania Game Shantae 5 Confirmed For Nintendo Switch

These past few days have been very good for Nintendo Switch owners, with the announcement of a lot of new titles that will be released this year and beyond. The new announcements are not over, thankfully, as another well-loved series will be making its debut on the Nintendo console soon.

WayForward has announced that Shantae 5 is currently in development for Nintendo Switch as well as for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Sadly, no detail has been revealed on the game, other than the fact that it will also be released on the recently revealed Apple Arcade.
