Catch the falling leaves!

Every so often you’ll see a nice little leaf drift down from the top of the screen. Tapping on the leaf will collect it and bring it to your farm. Merging two leaves together will create a seed, and merging two seeds will result in a random crop! You never know what you’re going to get but it’s always a great help to receive a crop for free, especially if it ends up being one of the most expensive crops for that time.

You won’t be able to catch any leaves when the game is closed of course, so it’s for this very reason we recommend leaving the game open even if you aren’t actively playing. You’ll still be able to catch leaves as they fall in.

Complete the orders as fast as possible!

Orders will line up at the top of your screen. Early on coins are you going to be your main bottleneck, as it’s hard to balance buying new crops and investing in old ones. Completing orders nets you coins and experience points. Try to do as many as you can, as new orders will automatically come in as time passes. It only takes a few minutes for new orders to come in, so try to be as quick as you can. You won’t receive any new orders if your queue is full, and that’s the main thing you want to avoid!

Don’t rush for the upgraded crops!

Crops become bountiful and yield more the more they’ve been merged. Most crops have a maximum merge level of up to ten, at which point they will yield a TON of that crop.

However, in order to merge a crop to that high of a level, you will need a lot, and we mean a lot of space to do so. For this reason we don’t recommend trying to immediately reach the maximum level for any of your crops early on – you simply won’t have the space for it, since the first field upgrades cost 100 coins.

Go for the highest buyer!

Always pick the highest buyer before you sell your crops! After a good harvest, you’ll probably notice a bunch of order buttons light up. After a while orders will begin to request crops in bulk, so you’ll usually only have enough to fulfill one of these orders. The button will show you how much you’ll be earning if you go through with that order without having to look at the details, so always look for the highest buyer!
