Nitrome, the team behind many successful mobile games, has confirmed today when their next game will be made available on the App Store.

Magic Touch: Wizard for Hire is a rather unique game where players will control a wizard who has to cast spells to pop balloons falling on him from above. To cast these spells, players will have to draw lines and different shapes on the screen, shapes that will get more complicated as the game proceeds. It’s a rather simple mechanic, but it works incredibly well, considering Magic Touch: Wizard for Hire doesn’t require much precision when drawing lines.

Magic Touch: Wizard for Hire is also going to feature plenty of content to unlock, just like other Nitrome games. By spending coins earned during the game, players will be able to unlock new power-ups, new characters and even new backgrounds, good incentives to get better and better at drawing lines and shapes.

Magic Touch: Wizard for Hire will be released on the App Store later this week, on February 19th. The game seems to be a good title to play on the go so make sure to check it out once it launches this Thursday if you’re looking for something new to play.
