Legendary Armaments List for Elden Ring on Steam Deck

Elden Ring is an open-world action role-playing developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.

Just like Bloodborne, Demon’s Souls, Sekiro, and the Dark Souls series, Elden Ring was directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki. The caveat here is that the game was made in collaboration with the award-winning fantasy novelist and source material creator for the highly popular Game of Thrones television show, George R. R. Martin, who provided a lot of source material for the game’s setting.

Elden Ring was released for Microsoft Windows, Steam Deck, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on February 25, 2022.

The Soulsborne games are known for their difficulty level and Elden Ring is no exception. One of the things that can ease the difficulty curve is gear and equipment that not only scales well, but is also more powerful than the rest. We’re talking about Legendary Armaments, and this is the entire list.

Legendary Armaments

Legendary Armaments are special Weapons in Elden Ring that cannot be acquired through normal means. They are visually striking compared to standard weapons, and have unique skills and weapon arts.

Most of them are acquired through specific ways, except for one which stems from a Boss drop. Players need to be careful if they are going for the Legendary Armaments achievement, as it is missable due to story events, so make sure to grab it upon reaching the Royal Capital in Atlus Plateau. Another player could also drop these weapons for someone else and it will be counted towards achievement progress.

So how does one get all of the Legendary Armaments?

There are a total of 9 different Legendary Armaments in the game. Here’s the list with all of the locations:

• Devourer’s Scepter: Kill Knight Burnhal or complete his quest.
• Grafted Blade Greatsword: Dropped by the Castle Morne Boss.
• Ruins Greatsword: Dropped by a Redmane Castle Boss.
• Sword of Night and Flame: Found in Caria Manor.
• Marais Executioner’s Sword: Dropped by the Shaded Castle Boss.
• Bolt of Gransax: Found in Leyndell Royal Capital.
• Dark Moon Greatsword: Complete Ranni’s questline.
• Eclipse Shotel: Found in Castle Sol.
• Golden Order Greatsword: Found in the Cave of the Forlorn in the Consecrated Snowfield.

Of these weapons, the Bolt of Gransax is missable if the player beats Maliketh in Crumbling Farum Azula before acquiring the weapon. So make sure to do that first!
