Kingdom Come: Deliverance How to Open Treasure Chest
Something that we have mentioned in each of our previous articles, is that there are some requirements that you need to meet so that you can get your hands on the treasures. For example, you might need to have a certain level of lockpicking, know a specific perk and so on. Also, it’s important to know that you don’t need to actually have the maps in order to find the treasures.
Below, you can find everything that you need to know about how to get and read the treasure maps. Let’s get right into it.

Where to Find the Map
You can acquire this map from Votana, the trader and pond-keeper of Talmberg.
Where to Find the Treasure Chest
From Ledetchko, if you walk parallel to the river to the west, at some point you will see a carriage in the water. If you observe, you will see that the wreckage of the car creates something like a line. Continue down this path until you eventually reach a cave. Get into the cave where you will find a sack.

Where to Find the Map
Peshek, who is Rattey’s miller (and the trainer in Pickpocketing and Lockpicking), has this map.
Where to Find the Treasure Chest
Anyone can read this map without difficulty. This is what you must do. Take the road that travels south from Rattay’s west exit until you reach a path that seems to head into the forest. Continue on this route, passing through a garden, until you reach a hill. Exit the route now and proceed southeast towards the hill. There is a cabin nearby (which is depicted on the map). The treasure chest is located within the cabin.

Where to Find the Map
You can get this map from the Herbalist who’s located at the herbalist’s hut in the woods to the of Neuhof.
Where to Find the Treasure Chest
We don’t have to say much about this map because it’s very clear where the treasure is. From Rattay, take the road that goes east and runs next to the river until the road turns north. Stop going in this direction and keep going east instead.

Where to Find the Map
You can get this map from a random Wayfarer.
Where to Find the Treasure Chest
Follow the river south from Neuhof. It would be ideal to be on the river’s east bank. You will observe that the river continues to the east at some point. There are a few trees around. That’s where the treasure is.

Where to Find the Map
It might be a little tricky to get this map as it is located on the top of a bookcase, in the room of Tobias Feyfar in Rattay.
Where to Find the Treasure Chest
Take the road that heads west from the mill at Neuhof. When the road divides in two, take the left fork and proceed southwest. A short track to the west of the road leads to a little burnt-out home and a spade. The digging area is to the right of the house.
