Is Assassins Creed Ezio Coming to Fortnite

The end of February and the start of March saw quite a few leaks coming through with regards to various upcoming Fortnite content. Some of the more interesting leaks were talking about how Ezio Auditore da Firenze, the legendary assassin from the Assassin’s Creed series, will be making his way into the Fornite universe.

And honestly, can we even be surprised anymore? It’d be a shocker if any popular figure, whether fictional or real, hasn’t made their appearance in Fortnite yet. So are Ezio’s rumors of appearing in Fornite just fluff?

Is Assassins Creed’s Ezio Coming to Fortnite?

While the ‘leaks’ about Ezio arriving in Fortnite may not have been completely trustworthy, Epic Games themselves have confirmed that Ezio Auditore from the Assassin’s Creed Franchise will be making his entry into the Fortnite franchise.

For now, Epic Games is releasing the Ezio skin, as datamined by leakers at the start of March 2022. In order to unlock this Ezio skin, players will need to buy either Assassin’s Creed Valhalla or Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok through the Epic Games store.

The Ezio skin will not be unlocked until March 9, 11pm CT, however, as that is when the Dawn of Ragnarock DLC will be releasing. If players happen to already own Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on the Epic Games Store, they can simply buy the Ezio Skin through the Epic Games Store.
