The world of aviation is in the palm of your hands, and you get to watch your tycoon go from humble little paper airplanes to full on triplanes. Our Idle Skies cheats and tips will show you how to get off the ground and fly for fun!
Most idle games are all about making sure things are set as efficiently as possible before you leave the game, so let’s get started with our Idle Skies cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!
Buy upgrades until the permanent speed up!
Upgrading a plane will increase its money output and also how fast the generation occurs. Whenever you upgrade a plane enough times, you will see a segment on the left side appear meaning that you have hit another milestone. These milestones represent significant speed boosts, coin boosts, and so forth.
Certain milestones will make the plane’s progress bar stay filled permanently. This means that you’ve hit the speed cap for the plane, and it’s generating money as fast as possible. Your goal is try to get as many of your planes at this level before moving onto the next one for the most efficient income.
Spin the wheel of fortune!
Before you do anything, make sure you take a spin on the bonus wheel. This wheel has a chance to double, triple, or even quadruple ALL of your earnings for four hours. You can spin it for free once, and if you’re not happy with the result you can watch a short advertisement to get a respin. You can also extend its time by watching another advertisement.
Activate the x10 coin boost!
In addition to the wheel bonuses, you can also activate a boost that last one minute. If you see a clock icon at the top left corner of the screen, you can activate it! While this lasts only for a minute, you get a whopping x10 multiplier to your money generation, and this stacks with the wheel bonuses, so start raking in the dough!
Keep buying upgrades!
Buy the upgrades as you go along, as they are static +50% boosts to your planes’ money generation. There’s no reason to hold off on these upgrades since they’re flat boosts, so grab them as soon as they are available to significantly boost your money generation.
Grab as many engineers as you can early on!
After your reserves get near the billions, soon you will unlock the Engineers feature, which is basically this game’s version of prestige. You can, at any time, reset all of your progress but earn engineers based on how far you’ve progressed down the timeline. Engineers provide you with a passive cash bonus, and it’s very significant.
It’s ultimately up to you when you want to activate this feature, but we recommend doing it a lot early on to build up a good amount of engineers – usually around 100 or so, to get you a nice 500% bonus.
