Fish Kingdoms: Idle Game is as bizarre as it is addictive, and it will have you glued to your phone’s screen fighting onslaughts of malevolent fish folk with a team of your favorite fish heroes.

We ranked all 58 Finlords in Fish Kingdoms and sorted them into five tiers, with S heroes being the strongest and the weakest Finlords ending up in tier D. Our tier lists are the results of our in-game experience, stats overview, character rarity, and some personal bias. For that reason, your rankings could be somewhat different, especially in terms of which Finlords you decide to keep upgrading and what stage of the game you’re in.

The Best Finlords in Fish Kingdoms: Idle Game
If you can summon one of these SSR heroes for your team and level them up as you go, you should have no worries about beating any enemy. In our experience, the best Finlords in Fish Kingdoms: Idle Game in no particular order are:
- Guo Jia
- Zhuge Liang
- Sun Ce
- Lu Bu
Guo Jia
Guo Jia is a Mage from the Wei faction who you can push all the way to 1.282M total power. This Finlord comes with a great active skill called Lingering Wisdom that deals 190% damage to all enemies with a chance of freezing them for 2 rounds, and those numbers go even higher when Awakened.
Zhuge Liang
Another Mage but this time from the Shu faction, Zhuge Liang can go all the way up to 1.424M power at level 6,000. As you upgrade this Finlord, you will unlock great passive skills like Wisdom (boosting ATK, Block, and Freeze RES) and Omnipotent (dealing 40% extra damage to Frozen, Stunned, Silenced, Poisoned, Burning, and Bleeding enemies).
Sun Ce
If you’re looking for the ultimate tank, look no further than Sun Ce, a Finlord from the Wu faction. With DEF of 1,224 and 10,965 HP even at the base level, Sun Ce will be a powerful addition to your team from the start.
Lu Bu
Lu Bu is a Warrior from the Qun faction that can reach the staggering 1.389M power level and obliterate anything in its way. Combine that with his active Running Riot skill that deals 276% damage to three random enemies and applies a bleeding effect with extra 65% damage per round for two rounds, and you got yourself a winner.
