You can upgrade Zones in Pocket City using the Zones menu that you can access via the Build menu found at the bottom part of the game screen. Once you have the game opened, tap on Build. Doing so will open a new menu with six options, namely:
- Resources
- Services
- Leisure
- Road
- Zones
- Demolish
Select the Zones option to open the Zones menu which lets you build any of the three zones, Residential, Commercial, or Industrial, while giving the option to upgrade the existing ones.
