In the first few hours of Brawl Stars, you will likely feel like you do not need to upgrade your Brawlers, as their power is more than enough to let you win matches. But, if you are looking into moving up the ranks and become one of the best players around, you will be forced to upgrade your Brawlers.
To upgrade Brawlers in Brawl Stars, you will need to get Power Points for your Brawler, which can be obtained from Brawl Boxes, the Trophy Road, Brawl Pass or can be purchased from the shop. Do note that Power Points are specific to single Brawlers, so if you want to up upgrade Barley, for example, you will have to get Power Points specific to this Brawler.
After getting enough Power Points for your current power level, you will have to spend coins to increase your Brawler’s power level. Once the power level has been increased, you will then have to get more Power Points to max the power level again to become able to increase power level again by spending coins. As such, you will need to get plenty of coins to make your Brawler as strong as possible, so you’d better open boxes as much as possible to get all the coins you need to upgrade your Brawler and become the best Brawl Stars player around.
