To unlock the Room Sketch App in Animal Crossing: New Horizons Happy Home Paradise, you will have to make quite a bit of progress in the expansion, as you will get the chance to do so only after completing 33 vacation homes.
Once you are done with this task, speak with Wardell, who can be found on the beach to the north, and then wait for a day to pass. Once this is done, head to the Paradise Planning office, and Lottie will give you the Room Sketch App automatically.
How to Use the Room Sketch App
The Room Sketch App is a very handy app that lets you design rooms even when you are not actually fulfilling a client’s request. There are some limitations though: you can only save a single design, you can place only furniture that you have unlocked, and you cannot design exteriors or facilities.
To use the app, all you need to do is press the ZL button to launch the application. To save your design, you only need to press B while in the app. To use the design saved in the app, use it while designing a vacation home and then pick yes to use the saved design.
