In Pocket Love, you can buy furniture from the in-game Shop. You can unlock more furniture by leveling up your game, Pets, Garden, and other similar things.

Maxing out a Pet will unlock furniture associated with the Pet. Meanwhile, growing Flowers and Trading them with Llyod will unlock pieces of furniture like fences, tables, etc

You can also use the Fortune Cookies to obtain some additional pieces of furniture. 

If you maintain the overall progression of the game—that is, upgrading everything as you level up, you will automatically unlock furniture in Pocket Love.
