To unlock the first Cotton Candy Ranch, you will have to upgrade the Cookie Castle to level 8. At level 13, you can unlock a second Cotton Candy Ranch.
Players don’t need large quantities of cotton candy wool. However, the production of the wool is slow so it’s smarter to keep a stack or two of the wool ready.
At level 1, it costs 1000 coins and takes an hour and a half to produce 1 unit of cotton candy wool. Level 3 is the max level. At this level, the ranch produces a crate of cotton candy wool containing 3 units.
If you have excess stock of cotton candy wool, you can sell it for 54,000 coins per stack. Note that you can get the Tree of Wishes for two stacks. Consider getting the tree rather than selling the stacks.
