How to Unlock Battle of Revenge World Quest
You can unlock the Battle of Revenge world quest in Genshin Impact by completing the Daily Commission, An Art to Be Honed, four times.
During An Art to Be Honed commission, players have to duel with an NPC called Asakura, as he is the one who anonymously posted the commission.

While this daily commission is underway, players have to select a dialogue branch “Actually, why did you post that commission anonymously?”. After completing the commission four times, wait for some time, and the quest world quest Battle of Revenge will pop up at the Shogun’s palace, where you find Asakura.
Getting the said daily commission is purely based on RNG. The only thing players can do to increase their chance of getting An Art to Be Honed commission is by setting their commission region as Inazuma to get Daily Commissions only in Inazuma.
