First, you need to reach level 100 (or higher), but this is not going to be enough. The reason why many players struggle with unlocking Banner Z is that it is exclusive to World 2.
Therefore, in order to unlock Banner Z, you will need to travel to World 2 using the portal found at the end of Serpent’s Way. Once you spawn in World 2, head to Summon, and you will see that Banner Z is finally available.
You should also know that you need Emeralds instead of Gems to summon, but you can exchange your existing resources for Emeralds in trade shops in the lobby of World 2.
