In order to trigger Request 25, you need to visit the Photography Studio found in Jubilife Village. The Photography Studio is a facility that lets you take pictures with your Pokemon.

Talk to Dagero, the owner of the studio, to begin taking the photos. He will first have you select a Pokemon either from your party or the Pastures with whom you want to take photos with. You can opt not to take a Pokemon along, too.

Then, you can additionally change the color of the screen, or add a lens filter to your pictures. Once you’re satisfied with how the frame looks, select the “Take Photos” option to position your character properly on the backdrop.

All that’s left to do is pressing the Capture Button to click the photo. Clicking your first actual photo is the only requirement you need to complete to trigger Request 25.

Now to trigger Request 25, just speak to Dagero once more outside the Photography Studio in Jubilife Village, and you’ll be on your way to complete Request 25, tasked with finding the mysterious fluffy Pokemon for him.
