In Fortnite, once you have managed to get hold of a Pizza Party Item, you have to press the key or button you use to collect ground loot to take Pizza Slices.

Depending on the platform, you have different keys that you have to press to take Pizza Slices from a Pizza Part Item instead of eating them.
