There are lots of new features that players can enjoy such as different maps, and weapons with new and interesting characters that’ll make them revisit the dangerous Warhammer universe over and over again. The more currency you amass in the game, the more likely you’re going to spend it at the Weapon Dealers in the hub for even more vital gear upgrades. So what do you do when you have enough and more weapons that you don’t need? How do you sell obsolete items in Warhammer 40k: Darktide? It’s pretty simple.

Fatshark did not exactly implement a crafting system in Warhammer 40k Darktide, so there’s no way of salvaging older weapons for other materials or anything else. What you can do, however, is get rid of your unwanted items and get a little amount of money in return.

To do this, navigate to your Operatives menu where you’d normally go to equip weapons. When you see your two equipped weapons, click one of them to be presented with all the unequipped weapons of that type you have stored. After clicking on an unequipped weapon, you’ll notice the Discard option at the bottom of the screen.

And while this might seem like you’re just throwing the weapon away and getting morning in return, it’s actually the opposite. By pressing and holding X, the weapon will be discarded and you’ll be rewarded with a fractional amount of currency in return.
