To reach the Volcano Manor, you have to climb up Mt. Glemir till you reach the Ninth Mt. Glemir Campsite Site of Grace. Once you are there, you have to take the air shaft to the Fallingstar Beast boss arena. Take the path on the right side and navigate through the enemies till you reach the Road of Iniquity Site of Grace.
The Road of Iniquity Site of Grace is optional as you can simply head towards the Giant firing arrows at you to reach the Volcano Manor. You will find the Volcano Manor Site of Grace inside the manor itself.

However, in case you are not confident about avoiding the enemies’ attacks, you can fire up the Road of Iniquity Site of Grace to avoid navigating through the Fallingstar Beast boss arena again and again.
