The Carian Study Hall is located East of Raya Lucaria Academy. You can light up the Carian Study Hall Site of Grace so that once you have the required item, you can then navigate through the hall to reach the Divine Tower of Liurnia.
How to Reach the Divine Tower of Liurnia
To reach the Divine Tower of Liurnia, you need the Carian Inverted Statue and place it near the altar found near the Carian Study Hall Site of Grace.
Once you place the Carian Inverted Statue, the Carian Study Hall will turn upside-down.
Explore the inverted study hall while descending to the Chandeliers—finally reaching the inverted platform that acts as the lift that takes you to the door that opens to the pathway leading to the Divine Tower of Liurnia.
