To quickly upgrade Copy Abilities in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, first, you need to find the upgrade Blueprint for the respective Copy Ability.

Once that is done, you have to head to your partner, Waddle Dee’s Weapon Shop, and interact to enter the Shop menu. Now, you can use Rare Stones and Coins to upgrade Kirby’s Copy Abilities.
If you are running low on Rare Stones or Coins, you can farm them by winning in Colosseum or completing Treasure Roads.
