It is a unanimous opinion of players everywhere that Rune Factory 5’s worst status effect is Paralysis. Not only does Paralysis waste a lot of your time by slowing you down, the slow movement speed also makes you very vulnerable to enemy attacks, which can prove quite dangerous when in the heat of battle.
What are the Cures to Paralysis in Rune Factory 5?
We’re sure you are eager to learn about the cures for Paralysis; that being said, don’t you think that precaution is better than cure? By that, we mean that there is a way to permanently stop you from getting Paralyzed.
Later on in the game, you can interact with Simone, the current mayor of Rigbarth, in addition to being a highly-respected and trusted doctor. She is able to provide you with one of her vaccines that prevents you from acquiring any status ailments at all, and not just Paralysis. You can unlock her vaccines by expanding Rigbarth Clinic at Studio Palmo.
While this may sound great on paper, we do not recommend this to newer players who are in the early-game, as the expansion and vaccines come at a hefty price. And this is why, below, we have talked about the different methods to cure Paralysis once you have been afflicted by it:
- Bathe in the bathhouse, as it cures everything, importantly: HP, RP, and fatigue
- Buy a Para-Gone from the Rigbarth Clinic
- Cast the spell Mediparalyze, which can be found within the Forest of No Return
