Stranded Deep is a survival game where you find yourself stuck in the vast pacific ocean after a mysterious plane crash, with the primary goal being surviving. How to Play Co-Op in Stranded Deep

In Stranded Deep, you can play co-op locally and online by hosting or joining an already-hosted game, depending on your platform and game version.

The local co-op is only supported in the Stranded Deep PC version, with the game version being higher than 0.50.00. 

If you meet these requirements, you can plug in a controller for player 2 while player 1 uses the mouse and keyboard and start a split-screen session. 

Also, to play Stranded Deep via local co-op, you must start a new game and select co-op instead of Single Player while ensuring the P2 input is set to controller and P1 as keyboard and mouse.

Meanwhile, if you want to play Stranded Deep via online co-op, ensure your game is updated to the latest version. Once that is done, open the game and choose the “Play Online” option. 

After that, click on “Host Game” to host a Stranded Deep co-op game that your friends can join directly or using a Lobby Code, depending on the visibility. 

And if you are looking to join a co-op session, you can use a Lobby Code or just click on the Region label to look for some open sessions. 

Also, keep this in mind! The Nintendo Switch version of Stranded Deep does not support co-op play in any form.
