How to marry Penny in Stardew Valley

Penny

Pursuing a partner in Stardew Valley can be difficult if you don’t know what to do. First of all, you need to know more about the girl you want to marry. Penny lives with her mother, Pam, in the trailer located towards the north of Mayor’s Manor.

Stardew Valley features a friendship system where your character can interact with other NPCs to increase or decrease their friendship level. In the case of dateable NPCs like Penny, players need to reach level 10 friendship with her before they can ask her hand in marriage. Here’s how to get level 10 friendship and eventually marry Penny.

Increase friendship level with Penny

Penny in Stardew Valley

In Stardew Valley, friendship is improved by giving gifts and interacting with characters during special events. A character can receive gifts twice a week and on their birthdays. Penny’s birthday is Fall 2, and giving a gift to her on that day will give you more friendship points than usual. However, be careful while picking gifts and dialogues, as they can also lower the friendship level if you make the wrong choice.
