Tips and tricks for making more money in Good Pizza, Great Pizza

Money in Good Pizza, Great Pizza is lovingly referred to as pizza funds. Every customer you serve pays the base price for their pizza, plus any tips for good service. Though it doesn’t seem like it at first, there are lots of nuances that can help you earn more money at the end of the day. Here’s everything you need to know.

Tip #1: Making pizzas efficiently

The first and probably most important tip is to be efficient with ingredients. Every single ingredient you put on pizzas costs money. Yes, even a single tap of cheese or sauce costs money, and the more you put, the more expensive the pizza will be.

For cheese and sauce, it’s perfectly fine to do just a quick spread. Don’t try to fill in all spots of the pizza, as tempting as it might be for the perfectionists out there. It’s much more cost-efficient to cover the majority of the dough with sauce and cheese, without stressing over covering the entire pizza.

For toppings, remember that 18 is the magic number. That’s three toppings per slice, assuming the customer wants a six slice cut. Don’t use any more or less, and the customer will be happy, while you save some money. This is especially important when you’re dealing with the more expensive and exotic ingredients, like pumpkin.

Tip #2: Be accurate and make customers happy

The quirky customers of Good Pizza, Great Pizza try to trip you up by being vague and mixing their words around when they’re ordering. Read the orders carefully, and don’t be afraid to use the “What?” button to get clearer instructions. You lose a bit of the customer’s patience, but it’s worth it to ensure you get the order right.

If you make a few mistakes on an order, your tip is reduced slightly. To get the best tips, you have to make the customers happy, and that means being as perfect as possible and making their pizza exactly how they want it.

Completing fumbling a pizza is really bad, but not the end of the world. It’s usually better to toss a pizza and start over from scratch than to serve a customer a failed pizza. The wasted ingredients come out of your earnings at the end of the day, but it’s better than the customer refunding the pizza on top of wasting the ingredients.

Tip #3: Pay attention to current market prices

Later on in Good Pizza, Great Pizza, the price hikes come into play. What this means is that there can be shortages on certain ingredients, causing them to be more expensive. Conversely, there can be a surplus of ingredients, making them cheaper to use.

The news broadcast at the beginning of each day lets you know if there will be any market shifts in the coming days. The best tactic here is to activate Dr. Price’s advertisements that encourage customers to get the cheaper toppings and avoid the expensive ones. If you play your cards right, you can turn a potentially expensive day into a profitable one.

Tip #4: Complete ZaZoom orders

During chapter 3, you’ll unlock the ZaZoom app, which allows you to accept pizza delivery orders. It may be overwhelming at first since you’ll need to juggle multiple pizzas, but it’s highly recommended to get used to it—ZaZoom orders are extremely profitable if you stay on top of them!

Before you can start fulfilling ZaZoom orders, you need to buy the Pizza Warmer. Now, when you’re cooking pizzas, you can place them in the Pizza Warmer to keep them ready for when the delivery person shows up. Again, it’s a bit tricky to handle both customers and the ZaZoom orders, but it’s worth the effort.

Tip #5: Complete your daily quests

The Quests app has multiple daily quests for you to tackle. They’re nothing complex, so you should strive to complete all five quests for the day. The first four quests require you to do things like make perfect pizzas, play a certain amount of in-game days, and so forth.

All quests are worth a little bit of cash, but you can watch an advertisement to double the payout if you have the time to spare. It may not seem like much, but the money adds up over time. Plus, completing four quests automatically completes the fifth quest, which rewards you with precious gems.
