Catching Pokémon can sometimes require all the help that you can get—especially if you’re on the hunt for those rare specimens. Thanks to the Sandwich feature, introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, catching all types of Pokémon just got easier.
All you need to do is get the right recipe, find or purchase the ingredients, and eat a sandwich that will boost your chances of catching the type you’re looking for.
However, not all sandwiches in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are created equal. There are multiple recipes that will boost Catching Power for a particular type, but some recipes may require more ingredients or ingredients that are quite difficult to obtain (we’re looking at you, Herba Mystica).
That’s why we have compiled a table of Catching Power sandwich recipes in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, which avoid difficult ingredients wherever possible without sacrificing the power of the boost:
