Playing the game normally is usually more than enough to bring your team’s level on par with the enemies you have to fight while exploring any given area. If you need to farm EXP for any particular reason, you can complete the many subquests available in the game. These subquests, which range from some simple fetch quests to more complex ones, grant a good amount of experience points to the active party once you turn them in. As such, always make sure to put a low-level Monstie you want to level up in it before turning in any subquest. Some of these quests can be completed multiple times, so if you find one that is easy to complete and rewards you with decent EXP, you can complete it over and over to grind.
To further maximize EXP gain, you can take advantage of Monstie Expeditions. This type of Expedition not only does not require Expedition Tickets but is also completed automatically in a set amount of time. To access these Expeditions, all you need to do is speak with the Stable Paw and pick Monstie Expeditions. To get as much EXP as possible, pick the EXP Enthusiast option. Please note that the time required to complete Expeditions will only pass if the game is on. By using the time needed to complete Monstie Expeditions to complete some more subquests, you will be able to gain a ton of experience points for a variety of monsters, essentially making grinding considerably less time-consuming.
