Where to Find the Thunder Wave TM in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
Unfortunately, the Thunder Wave TM cannot be found before you beat the game. This means that you have to challenge and defeat the Elite Four and Champion of the Sinnoh Region before you can get your hands on the TM 73 Thunder Wave.
If you have finished the main story of the game, there is still one more step before you can be eligible to get the Thunder Wave TM: getting the National Dex. Obtaining the National Dex unlocks more areas of the Battle Zone, the place that is home to the Thunder Wave TM.
Now that those preliminary requirements are out of the way, make your way to Snowpoint City and talk to the Sailor here, and he will take you to the Battle Zone.
You need to enter the Battle Park, which can be found by entering a gate that is located to the right of the Pokemon Center. In the Battle Park, head towards the Exchange Service Corner. Here you will be able to buy the Thunder Wave TM for 32 BP.
BP, or Battle Points, can easily be earned by defeating trainers in the battle tower. Beating each room will award you 3 BP, so put your best foot forward and get to battling if you want to get the Thunder Wave TM for yourself!
