Where to Get the Rosary of Redemption in Octopath Traveler 2

In all honesty, the Rosary of Redemption is not that difficult to find. You can purchase it from many merchants scattered all over Solistia. Your best bet is to hit one of the Black Markets that spawn during nighttime in New Delsta Flats. Of course, you will need to be ready to part with 3,000 Leaves for this fast and convenient method.

If you don’t want to spend your Leaves on the Rosary of Redemption, you can still obtain it via some fairly illegal means. When Osvald and Throné learn the mugging/stealing skill, you can use them to snatch the Rosary of Redemption off of several NPCs. Here are your options—you can steal or mug this accessory from:

  • Elderly Man in Flamechurch, Crestlands
  • Traveler in Abandoned Village, Brightlands

Ok, you got the Rosary of Redemption, but you might still be confused about the reasons why you should keep this weird item that takes away 60 points from Phys. Att. and Critical stats. If you equip the Rosary of Redemption, you will end up weaker than before!

Queue the Blessing in Disguise, another item that will turn the Rosary of Redemption into a powerful accessory it was always meant to be. Namely, the Blessing in Disguise turns negative stats of other items into positives, and you can now see where we’re going with this. If you get both of these, the Rosary of Redemption easily turns into one of the best accessories in the game giving you +60 for Phys. Att. and Critical.

You can also find the Blessing in Disguise in several locations—in a chest in the southwestern part of the stone maze on The Lost Isle or in the chest laying in the water in the northeast area of the Seat of the Water Sprite.

Now, you just have to equip both of these and enjoy the amazing buffs that come with the Rosary of Redemption when combined with the Blessing in Disguise.
