TMs are a quick and easy way to learn a new move without too much grinding or waiting. Tailwind is one of these useful Technical Machines. Obtaining Tailwind TM 113 in Scarlet and Violet

TM 113 teaches a Pokemon the move Tailwind. Tailwind is a Flying type move. This move increases speed for 4 turns, by 2 stages.

Tailwind can be found in Levincia City, and is situated near a couple of cafe tables. It can then be crafted using the following: 5000 LP, Rufflet Feather x3, Rookidee Feather x3, and Bombirdier Feather x3.
