You can get Stars of Ruin legendary sorcery by interacting with an NPC called Master Lusat, one of the Primeval Sorcerors, found at the Sellia Hideaway, located east of Sellia Crystal Tunnel.

Master Lusat is locked behind a Sellian seal that can only be broken using the Sellian Sealbreaker obtained from Sellen. You can find her at Waypoint Ruins Cellar.

- Become her apprentice
- Make your way to Primeval Sorceror Azur Site of Grace
