How to Get Shiny Delibird in Pokemon Sword and Shield Event

As is now tradition, a new Winter-themed event has been launched in Pokemon Sword and Shield, allowing players to get, among other Pokemon, a shiny Delibird for a limited time. Here’s how to get it.

How to Get Shiny Delibird in Pokemon Sword and Shield Event

The new Pokemon Sword and Shield event, which will last until December 26, 2021, at 3:59 p.m. PST, make Starmie, Delibird, and Cryogonal easier to get, as they will appear more often in Max Raid dens across the Wild Area, Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra. During the event, you will also get the chance of getting a Shiny Delibird, who will appear only in five-star raids. Chances of this Pokemon appearing are low, however, so you will need to check raids often.

To encounter these Pokemon in a Max Raid battle, you will need to connect your console to the internet via the Y-Comm or select Mystery Gift in the X menu, and then select Get the Wild Area News. After this is done, approach the pillar of light coming from a Pokemon Den and interact with it to start a Max Raid Battle.
