Obtaining Psychic Fangs TM 063 in Scarlet and Violet

TM063 teaches a Pokemon the move Psychic Fangs. Psychic Fangs is a Psychic type move that deals good damage and great accuracy. The move deals an attack that destroys protective barriers.

Psychic Fangs is unlocked after beating Team Star Fighting Crew. It can be found up high (use a big jump) on a building in Levincia City. Psychic Fangs can also be crafted using the following: 10000 LP, Basculin Fang x3, Bruxish Tooth x5, and Veluza Fillet x3.

The move is super effective (x2) on Fighting and Poison type Pokemon. It has an average effect (x0.5) on Psychic and Steel type Pokemon. It has no effect on Dark types.
