Slime Rancher 2 is the sequel to the popular life simulation adventure game from Monomi Park. Players are protagonist Beatrix LeBeau who explores the open world of the alien planet she has moved to. In Rainbow Island, Beatrix raises, breeds, feeds and collects all different types of slime creatures, each type with their own needs and food preferences. One of these foodstuffs is Moondew Nectar. Finding and Obtaining Nectar in Slime Rancher 2
Flutter Slimes are the Slime creatures who want Moondew Nectar as it is their favourite food. This special type of nectar can be found in very specific flowers, and has not been seen in Slime Rancher before!
Head on over to Starlight Strand and look around for rocks or boulders with bluish purple coloured flowers on top, and green leaves. The flowers have a white outer edge with 5 pointed petals, and look sort of rounded as they sit on top of rocks.
They do not spawn nectar during the day, so you will have to visit them at night (past 8pm at night). The nectar drops to the ground, so you should look around and vaccuum up any Moondew Nectar you see lying around. These look like blue blobs wrapped in a leaf.

Usually the flowers drop 1 nectar but you may be lucky enough to occasionally find two! Remember: they only spawn at night and from these specific flowers, so make sure you check each one carefully to collect as much as you can to feed your Flutter Slimes.
